Highly recommend! Irvin was great…professional, friendly, knowledgeable, arrived on time, cleaned up after the work. Extremely trustworthy and honest! No need to worry about being over charged if you are unfamiliar with your project.

He removed an old light fixture and installed a new ceiling fan. The installation was performed to code and properly bracketed. The fan has zero wobble, even on high! Ceiling medallion was installed and is perfectly centered!

I will be using Irvin for all my future projects.

I hired like new handyman and remodeling to put in a kitchen sink that needed to be replaced that our landlord was neglecting for over a Month the work was outstanding above and beyond very professional and prompt left the place looking Like new no pun intended..Services: Home maintenance & repairs
