This gym has a lot of equipment but management is poor. Most notably, basic equipment is maintained at a level you would expect in a neighborhood rec center ... not a gym where memberships go for $300. Medicine balls, stretching mats and other basic equipment is old and worn.
Pet peeve ... their cafe charges.more than the display menu shows. The most basic protein shake is 11.99, not 10.99 as shown on the board. When pointed out, the employee shrugged. Not his fault, rather I blame the absence of management.

The amenities and classes here are wonderful but that's not even the best part - the friendly and helpful staff are excellent! Highly recommend, worth the price as this place actually motivates me to consistently exercise.

I had a great experience at Life Time Cherry Creek thanks to Ariana. She went above and beyond to help resolve my situation and did it with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. It’s rare to find customer service this thoughtful and solution-oriented. Really appreciate her and Aaron’s support!
