L&D was with me all the way. We started with an on-site consultation and analysis to figure out if this ( building an ADU) could work for me. Then they took me through the permitting and appeals process, all the way through the final touches and hanging my front door and turning over the keys. The process is big, icomplex, and can be daunting when you’re going it solo, but I was never alone. L&D made it so so easy on my end! Smooth. Even fun ( mostly)! Their commitment to superior quality and doing it right, and right by the customer, is second to none. It’s a matter of integrity with them. That’s just how they do it. Last but not least- they took the time to hear and manifest my unique vision. My new little house is home, it gives me financial freedom and flexibility for the future, and I am grateful and proud of what we built every single day that I come home and see it.

We feel so fortunate to have worked with L&D on our ADU project! Integrity and craftsmanship, combined with an excellent online communication system, make their personable construction crew the best. They are amazing problem solvers, creative thinkers, skilled craftspeople, and we wish we had known about their design/build program before we started our process. Even when there were inevitable bumps in the road, they were willing to do whatever they could to get it right. Overall, it was a very efficient, smooth build- went faster than we ever imagined! We loved collaborating with them, our ADU is gorgeous, and we couldn't recommend them more.
