The sales experience: Excellent. James was great to work with and went above and beyond to meet me at a showroom where I could have a better look at the windows than the small sample. The quote was more than competitive and it was a straightforward interaction without the sales tactics I saw from other companies.
The installation: Very smooth. The crew was experienced, worked well together and efficiently and did an excellent job with no residual issues.

Very impressed by the work of Kraftwork Design on a recent siding job in E Denver. I was in need of a contractor I could trust to do the job right while I was not in town, and James definitely fit the bill. He made sure the job was done to standard, and communicated with me any decision points along the way. Very easy to work with, and very professional results. Highly recommend!

Just had our roof (house & garage) replaced for hail damage from the May 2024 hail storm, and I can't say enough good things about the experience working with Kraftwork Design for the roof replacement. After having our insurance company come out and inspect it for hail damage, I contacted Kraftwork Design, and James, the owner came out and looked at our project, and got it going the next week. The entire replacement of both roofs took 2 days, and his roof crew did an excellent job. They were fast, respectful of our property and our neighbors, and cleaned up everything.
