This needed to be one and done as my client could not afford to have this siding job done incorrectly. I'm the property manager and I drove James crazy vetting his business, even emailing with his supplier, as there was a substantial deposit involved. James recommended materials with a lifetime warranty and made sure the siding and gutters were maintenance free because my client is an older woman with no family to help manage repairs or painting. Further, I hired an inspector review the job upon completion and he said it was great work. If you need it done right the first time, James is your guy.
