I had an issue with my dip manicure lifting off my nails day 3. I went back and Mai fixed them free of charge. They are always friendly and willing to work with you :) also the glow in the dark dip is so fun!

I have been trying to find a good nail salon for the last four years. I’m happy to say that the search is finally over today was my first day coming to Kate’s and I will definitely be returning. I got an amazing manicure and pedicure and left the salon feeling 100% satisfied with my experience. The staff was nice, and the service was great.

I get so many compliments on my nails and eyelashes.. the people here are absolutely amazing and professional. They nail it every time.. no pun intended haha but yes quality services and reasonable price especially for the area being right next to downtown and Sloan’s. Thank you Lisa for always making my eyes lashes absolutely amazing and emily for always making my nails beautiful
