The greeter was friendly & another employee stopped what they were doing to confirm if I needed assistance. The cashiers were communicative of when they could assist me without making their current shopper feeling rushed. Quality products.

There weren't many customers. I had obviously just missed a rush, as the goods were helter-skelter on the shelves and floors. I needed a support garment and had to go through nearly every bra on the display because they were in and out of packaging, haphazardly replaced and all mixed up.The few people who worked there were working to stock shelves and seemed not to have time to reorganize. This workload did not stop them from dropping their task to come help me.I went to three departments and each person made sure I was being helped before racing back to resume their tasks. Sad there is no longer any customer service in the department stores... There were hardly any workers on the floor, and they only had a poor selection of womens's suit blouses available. So many remote workers that they no long stock items for those that have to wear business suits. Times have changed for the worse.
