A big shout out to David and the plumbing team. We had a tough issue with a toilet in a small downstairs bathroom leaking into a neighbor’s storage area. It was not an easy plumbing problem to track down and fix, and it took more than one visit plus special-order parts. David stayed committed the whole time and worked carefully to get the leak repaired the right way. The office staff was also very helpful, kept us updated on the parts, and gave us clear notice before returning to finish the job. We hired a plumbing team for a full-house sewer line pipelining job after finding that the old cast iron pipes under the foundation were badly cracked and corroded.
