My laptop forgot what wifi was, and they had me fixed up in 30 minutes with a friendly and understanding attitude. Issue came back up 2 weeks later and instead of charging me again he just shot me a concise email with like 7 different troubleshooting options and and I've been good since
A+++ team. They were able to help me out with recovering some of my old photos that got deleted off my laptop and phone during a software update gone wrong. They were incredibly professional, quick to respond and even went to extra mile to assist me while I was stuck at home recovering from surgery.
10/10 team, highly recommend.
These guys have it all. They are next level geniuses when it comes to IT and security but perhaps of equal importance they are extremely friendly, patient and professional. If only they were a public company I would invest in this team and their business.
