Do not get your insurance through this company!
In the time they were my insurer the following happened:
1) They misreported a hit-and-run on my legally parked/unattended vehicle so that it showed I was at fault. This added to my costs without me knowing.
2) When I asked them to help me find a more affordable insurance option, they told me my auto insurance couldn’t get any cheaper than it was. Which felt wrong since I had the most expensive insurance of anyone I knew and a relatively clean driving history. I called another insurer and they found me an option with the same or better coverages that saved me $7000 a year ($1300 on auto, $5700 on home)!

I used Insurance Town & Country for about a year. In October, my car insurance policy renewed but this time it was 19% more expensive than it was for the previous 6 months. This was surprising to me considering that I paid my car off in full prior to my car insurance renewing and I also turned 30. I reached out to Insurance Town & Country three times via email in attempt to get them to revisit my current policy before it renewed, but I never got a response. I then had to call twice before getting ahold of someone (Nicole I believe), who put me on hold to review my policy, only to inform me that my new monthly payment of $171 was the absolute best I was going to be able...read full review
