In and Out Cleaners provides excellent and friendly service, earning it a five-star rating. The business is known for very good dry cleaning and perfect alterations, including on numerous items like jeans. The owner is described as amazing, sweet, transparent, collaborative, personable, and honest. While there have been small, fairly resolved issues with timing and one outsourced cleaning that did not come out well, the owner's integrity and willingness to make things right are consistently praised. Customers feel heard and respected, highlighting the great service and fair prices as reasons they return.
I came for the dry cleaning, stayed for the sweet old dog. Have been having my suits done here for several years, and they always come back on-time and immaculate. I don't understand who would have a complaint with the proprietor, she is a real sweetheart and often goes the extra mile. Highly recommended.
I’ve been a customer of In and Out Cleaners for almost a year now, and wouldn’t think about going anywhere else. My clothes are always impeccably cleaned and pressed and have always been ready when I’m told they will be. They also did a great job with alterations on two pair of pants I dropped off. I’ve always enjoyed chatting with the owner and sneaking treats to Chinchu (sp?), the store’s friendly mascot. I look forward to patronizing In and Out ad long as I live in the area!
