I’ve been a customer of In and Out Cleaners for almost a year now, and wouldn’t think about going anywhere else. My clothes are always impeccably cleaned and pressed and have always been ready when I’m told they will be. They also did a great job with alterations on two pair of pants I dropped off. I’ve always enjoyed chatting with the owner and sneaking treats to Chinchu (sp?), the store’s friendly mascot. I look forward to patronizing In and Out ad long as I live in the area!

I brought quite a few clothing items for Kim to dry clean and repair, and she did a very good job! She also “fitted” and altered a fleece jacket for my little chihuahua free of charge! Last month I brought in a quilt to be cleaned, and was told ahead of time she would need to outsource it, and unfortunately, it didn’t come out well. It was NOT her fault, but she remedied the situation where both of us felt heard and respected. Her integrity and willingness to “make things right” will bring me back to her business in the future!
