We have been using Horizon services for many years. They are a step above anyone else in their customer service and expertise and I highly recommend them. Today Jason made his first visit with us and he is extremely knowledgeable and professional and gave me tips for the type and size of furnace filter that would be better than the one I have and went over how to properly set the humidifier damper when no longer using the heater this spring. He went over a checklist with me to make sure I know what he checked and see if I had questions.
