I’ve seen Kyle for accupuncture for almost a year, with 2 different injuries: an ankle sprain and tendonitis in my wrist, and the results were honestly impressive. His treatments are thoughtful, professional, and clearly tailored to what was actually going on with my injuries. After a few sessions I noticed real improvement in both pain and mobility.

Highlands Spine and Sport's Dr.Jennifer Kohl D.C. ... Outstanding in her knowledge of care. Since a car accident some 30 years ago I have had problems with my shoulder arm and back and I am now told it is neuropathy that I am coping with and I have been to numerous chiropractors through the years. There have been only two that I would even come close to compare to how good Jennifer is. Her care is so amazing and helpful. We drive from Colorado springs to Highlands Colorado for her treatment. Rachael is a great massage therapist, and unkinks the knots in my back and shoulders wonderfully. The rates at HSS are reasonable, the staff friendly, and it’s a locally owned business!
