We are a small private school and the power went out on our entire campus. We contacted Heritage Electric because the issue was not with Xcel Energy. Heritage dispatched Abe, an electrician, that responded to our school at 0600 hours. Abe was fantastic - he was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, informative, worked in an organized manner and was able to identify the power issue in a timely manner. Heritage has been our go to electric company for about 20 years even though they are in Denver and not the closest. They have been outstanding over the years. We have a barn that needs enough power to run multiple stock tank deicers and heated buckets as well as the lights inside and out. Heritage knew exactly how to measure to keep us with enough power to do all that. They installed separate breaker boxes so if the deicers blow the electricity we will not lose our lights. About 8 months ago they removed 2 overhead electric lines to the barn because a new vehicle could not get under them. They replaced the overhead wires with underground lines. We have had no trouble with these new underground lines and they are much safer with farm equipment around the barn. Heritage will also do small jobs around the house: porch lights, shower lights etc. They are willing to go get the fixture for us and get it installed without bothering us. We work full time at home and do not have time to run to the hardware store for a fixture. Heritage knows how to work for us while leaving us alone to get our own work done. A company like that is worth its weight in gold.
