I've been a Haute Mess customer for years and I love my treatments by Sophie and Elissa.

Sophie recently switched my regular lash lift to a keratin lash lift and I cannot emphasize enough how LIFE CHANGING it is. I originally started doing lash lifts to avoid daily lash curling. The keratin lash lift not only makes my lashes look amazing but they also promote a healthier, thicker lash. Sophie is dedicated to her lash craft and is always looking for the best options for her clients. The keratin treatment is proof of that.

I can not recommend Sophie and Elissa enough! I first came to Haute Mess after I had a terrible full set of lashes done elsewhere and I couldn’t get the lashes off myself. Sophie saved me, removing the lashes and helping me through the recovery process. She has also given life-changing skin care recommendations and went through the list of products I already used for things she would remove and products she has found more effective. I have never felt like she or Elissa have ever upsold me— they both give such genuine recommendations based on your needs. They are both so welcoming when you come in, I think every new client feels like they are talking with friends!...read full review
