I only use acupuncture occasionally, but every time I've been to Kat, I feel soooo much better. This week, I had some recurring back pain that has, at times, landed me in the ER. The pain is awful! Kat was able to fit me in, and we followed with a massage with Genese, who I had never worked with before. These two kind and amazing women recognized I needed some help right away, worked it into their schedules, and then they worked their magic. So unbelievably grateful I found them. Could have been in severe pain for days, and I was on the mend within 24 hours. This should be your go to place!

Kat is the absolute best! I've had menieres disease and severe allergies to weeds, trees and grass for over 7 years. During the high allergy seasons in Colorado, I have an increased amount of attacks with dizziness and vertigo. I have tried a significant number of treatments over the years without significant relief. Acupuncture, however, has helped greatly in stabilize the attacks. Kat's treatments have been a blessing. She is very knowledgeable, kind and caring. I have been to several acupuncturists over the years and Harmony Healing is top notch! Thank you for helping me with this, at times, quite debilitating condition!
