We used Guys Flooring to refinish the hardwood floors in our house - about 1700 square feet. They did an excellent job. The edges were sanded perfectly right to the wall. The stain and finish were exactly what we wanted. They gave us a schedule at the beginning of the job and performed on schedule.

This business is top notch in every aspect! Dalene was so friendly and efficient to work with in scheduling. Bill, Buddy, Pedro, and Scott were also exceptional to work with. Each did outstanding work in a professional and friendly manner. I can't say enough about this business! Highly recommend!!

Had a two-day job scheduled for our home. They didn't show up either day, so I called and said we just wanted our money back. They refunded us, then came and did the job for free the following week. I originally has this as a one-star review, but they made it right, and the employees we dealt with were courteous and professional.
