wanted to take a moment to share my experience regarding an order I placed recently. I ordered a pair of grips for my level 9 gymnast, but unfortunately, they ripped just one month after usage during practice on the bars. Thankfully, my daughter wasn't injured.
When I reached out for assistance, I spoke with a very kind customer service representative who was new but quite helpful. She transferred me to Patty, who demonstrated genuine concern for my daughter's well-being and took the time to explain that I had purchased the wrong grips for her advanced level.

We have 2 plyometric boxes in our residential gym. Very happy with cost vs. value. When one box had the rubber piece at the bottom go missing, I emailed Gibson to see if I could purchase a replacement and they went above and beyond to obtain my address and sent it quickly and free of charge. Really appreciate the customer service.

We have worked with Gibson Athletics for a lot of years and their small business culture and customer service have helped our small business. I would give them a 4.5 rating but Google doesn't allow half stars. If you need fitness equipment Gibson and Rage is great place for you to begin.
