wanted to take a moment to share my experience regarding an order I placed recently. I ordered a pair of grips for my level 9 gymnast, but unfortunately, they ripped just one month after usage during practice on the bars. Thankfully, my daughter wasn't injured. When I reached out for assistance, I spoke with a very kind customer service representative who was new but quite helpful. She transferred me to Patty, who demonstrated genuine concern for my daughter's well-being and took the time to explain that I had purchased the wrong grips for her advanced level. Patty went above and beyond to resolve the issue by allowing us to choose a different pair more suited for my daughter’s skill level, and she even shipped them at no charge!
