Can't say enough about Chad! We had a suspected hacking incident, which turned out to be a false alarm, fortunately. Chad responded to my panicked phone call and showed up at our home within two hours. He ran all kinds of security programs, offered lots of useful advice and was extremely reassuring. This was the most seamless repair I’ve ever seen! An A/C refrigerant line leaked on my laptop and fried the keyboard! Chad picked up my computer on Monday morning, ordered a new keyboard and delivered my computer by Sunday! I couldn’t believe I was only without a laptop for less than a week! Chad was great. He picked up my unresponsive computer on Monday. Within 24 hours he had it diagnosed, and called with the details. Fixed it and had it back to me by Friday! I'm leaving this review on the fixed computer!
