I can’t speak highly enough about the outstanding service I experienced today at Gene Mondragon’s office. There is a reason I’ve been a long-time customer - State Farm is top-notch. First, Tanner patiently led me through the steps of switching vehicles and maintaining my coverage, giving me clear information about possible changes and potential safety discounts, with a real concern for keeping my rates reasonable, and I received a quote and a temporary insurance card very soon after our conversation.
