Experience has always been great and I am a long time user. When ever something doesn't feel right they are there to check it and fix it. Just subscribed for 2 years on the anti virus protection and it has worked great in blocking all the badstuff when it try to get in. Would recommend for all not so tech people.

My plast experience was when a tech came to my house as I was having probems with my computer. It was a programming issue and he fixed it within the hour I paid for his service and was very pleased with his work. Usually if I have problems I call the number I have been given and they make corrections remotely. I have most of the time been pleased with their work.
