Called and talked on the phone. Was unable to help me for the price I was looking for and provided me with alternative options and even having me check with competitors. 100% trustworthy and although I didn't use the service the customer service speaks for itself.

We contacted Gabe to refurbish our beloved coffee table, that accidentally got a large acetone spill on the table top. It would have been easier to just buy a new table, but, like I mentioned, we (mostly me!) we really wanted this table. Gabe responded in a timely manner - within about an hour of my initial contact. He gave me a fair quote for the repair and a separate fair quote for taking the table to his workshop. He was able to take the table top off the rest of the table, making it easy for him to transport the portion of the table that actually needed to be refurbished. Gabe refinished an antique church pew for me; turned it from traditional yellowy-colored stain to a glorious, even, smooth black. It looks absolutely fabulous in my entry way and I'm thrilled to keep such an old piece looking great. He was also wonderful to communicate with from estimate to completion, including pickup and delivery. Thanks, Gabe!
