My furnace broke down a month ago and it was for a new house built less than 7years ago. Front range was called and a tech by the name Brian arrived. From that point forward my home being warm In this cold weather was his TOP PRIORITY! And I mean my furnace was different than what he had encountered in his time and experience as a tech. He did not only take his time to check for every error and part, but cleaned and replaced and double checked every step of the way. The entire team has been phenomenal to work with over the last 10 years. They have helped with a couple of my primary residences and several rental properties. Recently they repaired one of two furnaces instead of charging for a brand new one. Several of my neighbors had issues as our homes are 20 years old and replaced their units costing $12k and more, so I appreciate the honesty and hard work their team put in to do it right and not take advantage of me. I highly recommend Front Range Refrigeration.The other comments left don’t reflect my experience of the service requested and appear to be people with short fuses driving on the road and not actually using this company.
