Lake and Sara are both fantastic. It was tough to purchase a home in this market but they were very patient and showed us homes until we found the right one. It’s tough to have a competitive advantage outside of cash but we felt like Lake gave us a really good shot at any home we would put an offer on. Turns out we only needed one offer which was accepted! Cannot recommend them enough.
