Got about 6 different quotes for new AC & replacement of our 20 year old furnace and First String had the most reasonable cost. Matt and his team were all so kind, responsive, professional, and amazing to work with. On the day of install, the team was prompt to arrive and completed the work very quickly. After the install, I noticed the door to the furnace closet wouldn’t close and Daniel was able to come out the very next day and fix it with no issue. Really excited to enjoy my new AC this summer and furnace in the winter! Thank you so much for the great experience.

The crew of Ryan, Michael, and Richard were at my condo at 9:00 AM sharp which was the beginning of the appointment window. They installed the new AC system in about 5 hours which included the thermostat. They did a great job and the work area was cleaned up before they left my condo.
