We were new to Denver and called a competitor- think orange vans - who claim to have excellent service that comes with a high price. While the orange van charges a lot their service is subpar. After a number of frustrating visits and lots of $ out of pocket, we called Finney and are so happy we did. He completed our project with skill and didn't over charge. First of all, I didn't know who to call as this was my first a/c issue in 10 yrs. So the first thing I did was to go to the Better Business Bureau website. There I found a list of A+ accredited businesses ( never have gone wrong with BBB). My criteria was to find a small company who's ratings were positive. note: I didn't want a large company as my experience in the past was the estimators got commissions on work they contracted and their prices reflected that in higher prices (been there-got ripped off too). Thanks to my first experience in 2019 (reducted my whole house, replaced the furnace, tuned up the AC) with Gary and his company I recently called them again! This time due to a crack in my water heater and it leaking all over our basement. Gary helped troubleshoot it, advised what would be best for our house in terms of tankless vs tank, size, etc., and had us on the books ASAP. His techs were on time, professional, and finished the job faster than I thought as well as were "quiet" doing the job as we have a 6-month-old that didn't even know they were there! As I said before, I would recommend Gary Mechanical to anyone for any HVAC job.
