This studio is my favorite of all the Denver area locations. After 10 classes you start to feel very comfortable with the movements. You get stronger in no time. I really enjoy fierce45 and encourage you to get the 2 weeks unlimited if you have never tried this type of exercise before! The instructors are all amazing and I have met about 10 of them by taking classes at various times. Highly recommend.
I really enjoy this studio. The instructors are welcoming and helpful as I learned the moves and the workout is always fierce! I greatly appreciate that my muscles feel this workout and not my joints, and I end up shaking more than Shakira and a room full of wet dogs. Seriously getting stronger though!
UPDATE: I got a beautiful response from Fierce45. They refunded me and acknowledged the difficult time dealing with the knee injury and mentioned the founder went through the same thing a couple years ago. Very excited to come back once I am cleared to help me get strong for my return to skiing and climbing.
