Fidelitone provides exceptional service with friendly and thorough delivery men who go above and beyond. They are careful and efficient, making the delivery experience pleasant. The staff is cool and helpful, making it a good place to unload.
Excellent White-Glove Service!
These three young men did a phenomenal job delivering my new chaise sofa and 9x12 rug. Manuel called 20 minutes before arrival giving me time to secure my dog, and the team was incredibly professional from start to finish.
What made them stand out:
Careful & clean: They unpacked everything outside, used a thick blanket on the porch at the front door and wore protective booties inside protecting my new things and keeping my floors spotless.
Exact placement: They asked for layout details upfront, placed everything exactly where I wanted, and adjusted it until it was perfect. Even straightening out the fringe ends on the rug!

The gentlemen who delivered and installed the shelving unit could not have been more polite and careful.
They uncrated the pieces and inspected them before bringing them into the house. They wore booties to not track anything inside. The installation went smoothly and they made sure that everything was perfect before they left. All packaging was carted away.

The delivery gentlemen were outstanding and very conscientious. They did a thorough job, did not leave anything behind and made sure I was very pleased with the set up. Job very well done.
