Family Tree has been incredibly responsive!!Demetrea, in particular, has gone above and beyond when I have reached out to her (on two different occasions) to arrange care for my father. I respect Family Tree's compassion and efficiency and appreciate how willing they were to work with us!!
We were in a bind trying to find in-home care for my dad who was in the hospital and couldn't come home until we had care in place. Family Tree was incredibly efficient at getting things set up to ensure that we would have caregivers ready to go when he got home. The caregivers were very experienced, compassionate and willing to take on whatever needed to be done - many of them were certified nursing assistants. We learned a great deal from them about caring for dad. I would recommend Family Tree to anyone looking for high-quality, compassionate in-home care for a loved one.
