Karina was extremely helpful and supportive throughout my case with ECDC, I had a long delay with the USCIS services and had to be unemployed for a period of time and Karina was very responsive and helpful to quickly resolve my issue. Had a great experience with her and in general they helped to get through this uncomfortable situation. I received all the support from her during the process and she was there for me all the time. Great staff and professional team. Without Karina’s help I would have a financial hardship because of USCIS slow staff and long reviewing time. Thanks folks!
