Four years ago, I’d never heard of rolfing, but I gave it a try at the recommendation of my friend, who was tired of listening to me complain via text about how much my body hurt all the time. I landed on Eric because he was A) highly rated and B) three blocks from my home. Spoiler alert: his office is no longer nearly that close to my house, but I still go to see him anyway. Regular sessions enable me to keep punishing myself with runs, rides, etc. Plus, he’s funny as hell. Book a session and don’t look back.

Eric is the best! He's thoughtful and a great listener to understand what problems are going on that need to be fixed. He's allowed me to get back to feeling great and pushing myself to the limits with running, skiing, biking, etc. I was skeptical at first but my monthly sessions with him have been totally worth it.
