This company was contracted by our insurance after the wind toppled a tree into our roof. At first, the process was easy and took some stress out of the entire ordeal. However, this deteriorated quickly. They were slated to replace the entire roof, and completely skipped one entire section above our mudroom. They did not repair several other damages that were requested/quoted by insurance (ie gutters, the uprooted fence, drywall damage) seeming to hope we wouldn't notice? The lady Kathy (owner) is a thief & will not pay her subs or make things right after under paying. Poor worksmanship and lack of empathy for her workers.Services: Skylight repair

Recommended through our insurance company, which in turn referred us to Contractor Connection. We have no issue with the quality of the work they did, other than the fact that our roof leaked worse after their initial "completion", than it did before it was replaced. Of course, all work was done through subcontractors.We found Elite to be unreliable, very weak on follow-up, and full of excuses. With several tasks left on our contract, we received a final billing, with the uncompleted items missing.
