The outstanding experience of the high-tech eye exam, selection of glasses and optician assistance, is being undermined by the apparent technical communication problems, as well as inability to keep the patient informed. I have sent several emails and text messages requesting a copy of my receipts and there is ZERO response from the backoffice staff.

I have been coming to Dr. Kyle and Elevated Eyecare for years and they are great. They took care of me quickly in my appointment and everything was really comfortable and easy. Chris, the eyeglasses specialist, was also great, easy to talk to and very helpful in getting me setup with an updated pair of glasses. Highly recommend!

I like Elevated Eyecare so much that after I moved out of state I try to book annual visits here when I come back to CO to visit. Their equipment and expertise is top notch and my prescriptions are always excellent for glasses or contacts. I love their ECO brand of glasses which are unique in that you can get magnetic snap on shades. For eyeglass wearers you know how convenient this can be. Not everybody carries them and the single eyecare company that carries them where I live now wasn’t able to provide a prescription to my comfort and satisfaction.
