Elevate Yoga is now my FAVORITE restorative yoga class!! I found this 75 min class with Reiki and essential oils on ClassPass and I'm so glad I went!! Laurel was so amazing that I was able to not only stretch and align my hips, back, and neck, but felt so rested coming out of class. It is the perfect wind down class for the week as it is offered at 545p on Fridays. This is definitely going to be a routine for me!
I took a restorative yoga class at Elevate Yoga. I have taken many different types of yoga classes over the years. I have to say that this class was the absolute best class I have ever attended. The level of kindness and gentle flow of instruction given by Stacy allowed me to attain a truly restored state of deep relaxation and reconnection with my body and mind. I highly recommend Elevate Yoga to everyone seeking to feel restored and renewed.
I feel very thankful to have found Elevate and also to have the online streaming option for a very affordable price. The teachers create a welcoming and safe environment to practice healing yoga in. Thank you!!
