Emily is not just a great photographer, but a great communicator, cheerleader, and energy-meeter! She was so responsive to my messages setting up the session and answering my questions, and the photo session itself was so fun and relaxed! She gives direction so clearly, you need absolutely no experience or ideas and she will still make you look like the sexiest, most gorgeous version of yourself. I took a lot of time looking at boudoir photographers in the Denver area and what I noticed is that there was a lot of range in terms of service offerings, studio space and style. I spoke with 5 or so photographers but I kept coming back to EB Boudoir because I loved her portfolio of work. And let me tell you, my experience way more than exceeded my expectations. I felt like an absolute queen the day of my shoot - from makeup to Emily curating my outfits to her beautiful space. and when we did the reveal just days later I almost started crying I was so amazed and the final result. I had such a great experience with EB Boudoir! I’ve never done anything like this before, but I wanted to try it as I got married. At first it felt like something I was doing for my husband, but it ended up becoming a real gift to myself.
Even before the session, I genuinely had fun picking out outfits — it was a bit of trial and error, but I loved finding the pieces I felt my best in. On the day of the shoot, I was nervous for the first ten minutes, but Emily made everything feel so easy and natural. By the end, I felt amazing.
