Duality is simply incredible and has meant a lot to me over the past few years since I started going. Jen, Tim, and Nattiel have created a space and a community that has always been welcoming, positive, and safe in addition to being the 'hardest workout in Denver'. All of the coaches are phenomenal and bring the energy each and every class. A very sincere thank you to the team that has made Duality a special place that has given me so much.

Duality is all the hype! The owners build a sense of community like no other HIIT class groups in Denver. Love what they’re doing with West Colfax—-creating a wellness collective right where it’s needed. Their rooftop yoga classes are second to none. They interweave their love/calling for fostering doggies into every aspect of Duality. Truly a North Star place!

I was traveling for work and looking for a workout class, I stumbled upon Duality. I took the Rescon class, it was challenging and fun! The owners are super nice, they are building a great wellness community there. If I lived in Denver I would definitely be a member!
