We had a kitchen drain clog on a Sunday evening. I tried to unclog it myself (removed P trap and ran a small snake) to no avail. We called Colorado Drainmaster at 8:00AM on Monday and they were out at our house at 10:30AM. The scheduler was courteous and helpful, keeping me informed of their arrival time. 'Sky' and his helper got right to work and had the drain unclogged in about 10 minutes even though it was 15 feet down in the pipe. They were clean and courteous and very professional. Highly recommend this company. We received a prompt call back from the office and another prompt response from the technician confirming his time to get to us. We did not have an emergency call but the prompt timing was much appreciated. Once Danny, the technician, arrived he quickly reviewed the pipe leak we had, gave a quote that seemed appropriate and quickly, efficiently repaired the problem.
