I am a professional vocalist, keyboardist, composer/arranger who works in classical, jazz, and popular genres. I hold a BM degree in vocal performance and an MM degree in conducting. I recently retired from teaching jazz and commercial music at the University of Denver to focus more on my private studio. I take an individualized approach to private lessons, which allows us to focus on your most important musical goals, whether they be jazz or classical voice and piano, theory and ear training, improvisation, listening/transcribing, text analysis, composition/arranging, music history, performance skills, and repertoire.

Wow, Donna is the best. I had a last-minute gig, and she was amazing at giving me clear instructions to get me ready. Over the long haul, Donna has helped me to become a better musician and composer.
