Dependable Cleaners University Hills is a dry cleaning service that has received mixed reviews from its customers. While some customers have praised the store's cleanliness and the excellent customer service provided by employee Mary, others have had negative experiences with the store's limited hours and unreasonable employees.
According to customer Mary Delacruz, the store is typically very clean and well-maintained, with no dust on the counters and a freshly swept and mopped floor. Mary, in particular, is described as a wonderful and hardworking employee who provides great customer service, always greeting customers with a smile. However, Delacruz notes that the store's quality can vary depending on who is working, with other employees being less friendly and the store appearing dusty and neglected.
Another customer, Jim and Jen Collins, were also satisfied with their experience, noting that the manager was friendly and their jacket was cleaned beautifully and quickly. However, some customers have complained about the store's limited hours, which can make it difficult for those with regular work schedules to pick up their dry cleaning.
Additionally, one customer had a negative experience with a weekend employee and the store manager, who were reportedly unreasonable and rude when the customer tried to use a 20% off coupon. While the customer service department was able to resolve the issue, the overall experience left a poor impression.
Overall, Dependable Cleaners University Hills seems to offer a mixed bag of experiences, with some customers praising the store's cleanliness and customer service, while others have faced challenges with the store's limited hours and difficult employees.
