Customer agent Mary was very helpful. I had previously asked for an alteration in my two piece suit, but then canceled the request. I was mistakenly charged $50 for the alteration. Our washer and dryer are on the fritz and we are waiting for a part, so we took our essentials here for the drop off wash and fold service. My husband was greeted at the door, and as a new customer he was fully explained the easy procedure of drop off/pick up. When he picked our laundry up we were given a bag with name tag so we can drop off for future use - A+ for sustainability. Shout out to the person who threw in the extra Jack Skellington surprise with our pickup -- it made my entire week and I hope you read this! Highly recommend for the attention to detail and the friendly service - we'll be back!
