Easy drop off.
The lady was always friendly in person and on the phone.
The dry cleaning was done within their stated time frame and for a fair price. Will use again.

Customer agent Mary was very helpful.
I had previously asked for an alteration in my two piece suit, but then canceled the request. I was mistakenly charged $50 for the alteration. Mary caught the error, corrected it, and called my home to ensure that my account was credited. I appreciate Mary's diligence and sharp eye for detail.
