Our washer and dryer are on the fritz and we are waiting for a part, so we took our essentials here for the drop off wash and fold service. My husband was greeted at the door, and as a new customer he was fully explained the easy procedure of drop off/pick up. When he picked our laundry up we were given a bag with name tag so we can drop off for future use - A+ for sustainability. Shout out to the person who threw in the extra Jack Skellington surprise with our pickup -- it made my entire week and I hope you read this! Highly recommend for the attention to detail and the friendly service - we'll be back!

Ok well 1st of all I'd like to make it a point to say if you're looking for a real dry cleaners, this is " THE PLACE TO GO " !!!!! Now I know looks dont have anything to do with dry cleaning, but your experience with customer service kinda does . I was very pleased with the young lady that answered all of my questions on the phone , MORGAN , and told me exactly what I wanted to know. So when I actually went to drop of my dry cleaning, i was greeted by a very professional, but very welcoming , beautiful ?young lady, but she wasnt rude or stuck up like a lot of beautiful women can be .
