The business is now open seven days a week, with late evening hours until 8 PM Monday through Friday and Sunday hours from 10 AM to 3 PM. Same-day service is available Monday through Friday, often ready by the afternoon if delivered in the morning. I have used this Dependable Cleaners location multiple times and I have been very pleased everytime. Most recently I requested alterations on two curtain panels. Times before they did a beautiful job fitting two oversize quilts to my bed and made lapblankets and shams from the leftover fabric. I highly recommend their friendly, fast and professional work to all my friends.
Update: Dependable called me following the review below. They re-cleaned my items and issued me a full refund. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.
WAY overpriced. $103 for 5 items. I brought them in for the purpose of stain removal. I was absolutely shocked and will not be returning. Wished I had asked for an estimate before going. On top of it all, my items were returned to me with the same stains and one new stain.
They cleaned a beautiful white linen suit (high end), for me. It was so beautiful. Super white. Crisp press creases etc. The second time they refused to press it the same way. It looked like I just rolled around in it. They did it twice for me and still not good. Then the counter girl tried to tell me it had creases in it like I could not see. So may there is a new presser and cleaner because it sucked.Services: Leather & suede cleaning
