I could write a book about the multiple neck injuries I have sustained over multiple decades that led to severe chronic neck pain, headaches and migraines. My cervical issues also gave me a brutal side dish of TMJ. With no exaggeration, I have been seeking countless different modalities to try to restore my upper cervical health since the age of 18.
