Reached out to Jeremy last week about scheduling an appointment to get my computer repaired. Within 2 days, he took it step by step to assess what the problem was, order the necessary parts for replacement, run diagnostics and bring my PC back to life. I’m glad I was able to connect with him vs. potentially going another route (which frankly may have resulted in having to buy another PC outright).
