Jeremy is incredibly knowledgeable- he quickly diagnosed the issue with my son’s computer and was able to repair and return it the next day. In addition, he ran diagnostic tests to determine other potential issues that we can monitor to prevent future problems in the system. So grateful for the wonderful work.

Contacted Jeremy regarding several issues on my Apple laptop, iPhone, and iPad (I'd been storing up issues for a year, but one had become finally become critical). We connected virtually a couple days later. In 45 minutes, we had gone through each item and all were solved. Wish I had done this a year ago! He is extremely knowledgeable, explains things clearly, and works quickly.
