He explains the muscles that he's testing and activating, and assigns very simple and gentle MAT isometrics so that I can continue to build on the work done in each session. Colleen does not call you back despite texting you so. Cancels your appointment without notice. Their website pushes you to schedule online but you come to find out when you book appointments the staff is out of office in training during your appointment but never checked their schedule nor updated their availability. Terrible customer service. Booking appointments is confusing to begin with. My massage in 2020 was lackluster. Tried to book with Wyatt which I received their auto confirmation only to find he's not going to be there and the staff makes no effort to make things right. Very unimpressed.

Colleen and Wyatt have been awesome to work with during the past few weeks. I have been to multiple PTs and specialists, and I have never experienced such attention to detail. They ask all of the right questions and assure that you understand the next steps to improve. Highly recommend for anyone rehabbing from an injury!
