This is my second job with Denver Patios. This project was unexpected (had a retaining wall fall) and was delaying another project. Geovanny squeezed me in quickly and got it done in 2 days so my other project can resume. And, Geovanny came out to give me a quote the day I found out I needed this unexpected retaining wall. Very hard working crew and they show up on time and are respectful of keeping the area as clean as possible.
Geovanny and his team worked diligently through our project and ensured we understood every step. They went above and beyond to meet our requests and were extremely accommodating of any changes and addendums. A 1st rate contractor who we are excited to work with again in the future.
I think I've probably written a review for Geovanny and his team before, but we've contacted them yet again for more projects. As always, they showed up 30 minutes early (this is not an exaggeration), finished well before I thought they would, and even brought a leaf blower to remove some dirt from the street after they had cleaned the rest of the pile back into their trailer. These guys are real, they're honest, they're quick, and they're professional. This last earthwork project was the third project we've have them do for us -- the other two were concrete and paver installation.
