I’ve been working with Ruth Andrews for a while now and the growth and healing I have undergone are truly immeasurable. As someone who has struggles with CPTSD, anxiety, and depression I had a lot of work to undergo. The communication, comfort, and space to become vulnerable that Ruth created have really helped me on my journey.
Let me say this, from the moment I started with Sarah, I knew we were going to click. Not only is she incredibly compassionate and patient, but she offers a safe space and a calm environment. Just as I have told her, she’s stuck with me for life!
