Believe all of his five-star reviews—they’re well deserved! Right before opening my new retail store, my screen broke and I was in a panic. Fitz jumped in immediately, sourced a new screen, and even gave me a workaround so I could still use my computer while waiting for the repair. He truly went above and beyond. I can’t say enough great things about the experience!
Called for a quote and was able to get in the same day. Looked over my device and once confirmed what the issue was ordered the part for overnight. I wasn’t able to return the next day but the technician was able to work with my schedule to get the service done.
